Yoga Blend & Flow Level 1-2

Coming from Montana, Michaela was always athletic growing up and turned to yoga as a teen to complement her competitive swimming. Having suffered from chronic back pain her whole life due to a spinal defect, Michaela felt consistent relief for the first time in her life when practicing yoga regularly. After a few years in the practice, Michaela began to comprehend the wealth of benefits yoga provided, much beyond the physical fitness. Having contemplated becoming a teacher for some time, the decision was made final when Michaela took a workshop that opened her up to the many different methods of teaching. Trained in both Hatha and Kundalini, Michaela has explored multiple styles of yoga and believes in teaching yoga as a moving meditation, always staying conscious and being kind to oneself in the practice while exploring the connection to the divine.
